- Right-of-Entry Form for Private Roadways and Subdivisions
The County Commissioners may, after the declaration of a disaster, authorize the collection of debris from Private Roadways and Private Subdivisions. In order to facilitate the collection of disaster generated vegetative debris, a right-of-entry form must be submitted yearly by each property owner on a private road or by an authorized officer or agent of the Home Owners' Association of a private subdivision on a private road. A new form must be submitted each year.

Boil Water Notices
- IRCDUS had a BWN on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 following the repair and replacement of water service lines. The water was off for approximately 2 hrs. Customers were notified via the IRCDUS Field Crew by door hangers. Service has been restored. Affected Addresses: Indian Ave: 102 La Playa Ln: 104 110 112 114 116 117 118 120 121 122 123 124 125 127 128 129
- 1st St. SW between 74th Avenue to 82nd Avenue
The Indian River County Road & Bridge Division will close the roadway of 1st St. SW between 74th Avenue to 82nd Avenue beginning on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 7:30 AM. The road will re-open on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 3:00 PM.
- 43rd Avenue between 16th Street to 19th Street
The Contractor will close 43rd Avenue between 16th Street to 19th Street beginning on Monday, October 11, 2021. The road is scheduled to re-open on Monday, November 22, 2021.
Construction for the Sector 3 Beach and Dune Restoration Project is scheduled to begin on November 1, 2021 and will run through April 30, 2022. During these construction periods, public access to the following beach parks will be impacted:
- Treasure Shores Beach Park - Oct 29th to Dec 16th
- Sea Grape Trail beach Access - Oct 29th to Apr 30th
- Turtle Trail Beach Access - To Be Determined

During the months of January, April, July, and October of each year, Indian River County will accept applications for amendments to its Comprehensive Plan for any person wishing to change the text of the Comprehensive Plan and/or the land use designation of his or her property, as depicted on the Comprehensive Plan's Future Land Use Map.
There will be a Tri-County Meeting between the Board of County Commissioners for Indian River, St. Lucie and Martin Counties, to discuss and plan matters of mutual interest, on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 9:00 AM at the Indian River State College: Brown Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Room Y-102, 3209 Virginia Ave Fort Pierce, Florida 34981.
