The Gifford Neighborhood Plan is a grass roots effort by the Progressive Civic League of Gifford, Indian River County Board of County Commissioners, and, most importantly, the people, community groups, and institutions in the Gifford area.

The purpose of the Gifford Neighborhood plan is to address problems that are important to the residents of Gifford. The first Gifford Neighborhood Plan was undertaken in 2002 and resulted in a number of improvements in the Community. In 2013/2014, County Community Development staff and Gifford residents identified problems, issues, opportunities, and developed the new Gifford Neighborhood Plan 2014.

This website was created as a convenient way for the public to acces the plan and associated documents.
