Permits and Fees
On July 6, 2004, the County Commission adopted Ordinance 2004-021 and Resolution 2004-071 which essentially created the Fire Prevention Bureau and the schedule of fees and fines related to fire and life safety (Chapter 208-Code of Ordinances). These Ordinances and Resolutions became effective July 12, 2004.
You may download the majority of the applications which are found below. Payments can be made by check, cash, and shortly by credit card, and must accompany the application.
